Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals during the course of service provision to ensure project timelines are met. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all materials provided to Kirtika Infotech for service provision are legally owned or licensed.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights arising from the services provided by Kirtika Infotech shall remain the property of Kirtika Infotech unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of anhy materials they provide to Kirtika Infotech for the purpose of service provision.

Confidentiality

Kirtika Infotech agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided in the course of service provision. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the client, except where required by law.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services and outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payment for services rendered is due within the agreed-upon timeframe from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges or result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

Liability

Kirtika Infotech will not be liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security and integrity of client data, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or breaches.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations or agreed-upon termination terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become immediately due, and any intellectual property rights or materials provided by Kirtika Infotech will be returned to the client.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orai. Amendment
