2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:
• Refunds will not be granted if the client changes their mind about the project after work has commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered and deemed satisfactory according to the agreed-upon specifications.
• Refunds will not be provided for any third-party costs incurred during the project, such as domain registration fees or hosting charges.
3. Refund Process:
• To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to contact@kirtikainfotech.com detailing the reasons for the refund and providing evidence to support their claim.
• Upon receiving the refund request, Kirtika Infotech will review the request and assess whether the client is eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
• If the refund request is approved, Kirtika Infotech will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
4. Dispute Resolution:
• In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, either party may seek legal recourse as outlined in the terms and conditions of the initial agreement between the client and Kirtika Infotech.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:
• Kirtika Infotech reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients via email or through a notice posted on our website.
