3. In-Progress Milestone Sprint Cancellation
• Completed Milestones: Payments for previously reviewed, accepted, and deployed milestones are non-refundable as developer hours and source code deliverables have already been completed.
4. Turnkey Software Platforms (eStore, BharatHR Suite)
• Post-Handover Policy: Once a turnkey software license key and deployment package have been handed over to the client's private server, the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

• Payment Channel: All refunds are credited directly back to the original funding source (Bank NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or Corporate Account).
7. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Refund Request
1. Email billing@kirtikainfotech.com with the Subject: 'Cancellation Request - [Invoice ID]'
2. Provide your registered business name, phone number, and brief reason for termination.
3. Our Finance & Accounts Director will review the milestone ledger and dispatch a formal settlement statement within 24 business hours.
Cancellation & Refund FAQs
Can I cancel my project before work has begun and get a full refund?
Yes. If cancellation is requested before development work has commenced (within 48 hours of payment), 100% of your advance is refunded within 5-7 business days.
How are refunds transferred back to my account?
Refunds are processed directly to your verified originating bank account or UPI ID with an official digital transaction receipt.
Are third-party domain and server purchases refundable?
No. Domain registrations and dedicated cloud server allocations are third-party irrevocable purchases and cannot be refunded once registered.
